Weekly Schedule
Soulful Core Yoga uses precise alignment and support (through the use of props: blocks, pads, blankets) to access the deepest tensions in your body. These tightest areas are the muscles around your spine, and result in unnecessary illness, injury, and general discomfort. Each class leads you through a series of poses that unlock and release these deepest tensions, starting from your tailbone and working all the way up your spine. The practice is gentle and the results are profound. These deceptively simple poses and movements reliably open you, body and mind, and lead you to a deeper Experience of Self and a Life of Joy!
